How do I return an order I made?

At TheirSujood, we ensure each of our products are thoroughly checked before shipping them out to you. We pride ourselves in making sure that there are no faults in your pieces before they leave our warehouse.

We want you to be happy with your items but in the event that you are not, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Simply fill out the contact form on our website, with details of your return. Please allow up to 5 days to get back to you. 

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are not free and you can choose the courier you would like to ship back to us, we would advise to keep proof of postage.

Please also keep in mind once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel it, however, once you receive it you can return for a refund/exchange, provided they are not included in the exceptions (see below).

What if my item has arrived damaged?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

What items can't be returned? 

Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes personalised gifts or items customised for you. If there is a fault on our side, please fill out the contact form so we can evaluate the issue. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP via Instagram @TheirSujood or via email theirsujood1@gmail.com. Only if the item has not already been sent for production we should be able to make this amendment. Orders are processed on the day, so we would advise you to recheck any personalisation details before making payment.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

Please note we do not offer any exchange for any personalised product. For non-personalised items however, we can offer exchanges, provided that the item are returned back to us first in the same condition that you received it. 

 

I've just contacted you. What next?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
