Shipping policy

For all standard shipping we use a range of courier services. Once your parcel has been dispatched we will notify you to your nominated email address.

Orders are processed on the day, and so we strongly advise you to confirm all personalisation details, before proceeding to payment. Orders received after 12pm will be processed the next business day.

In an order of more than one product, your items will all be shipped together. Orders will be sent out within 7 working days. Your order may be complete before the turnaround time (usually within 7-10 working days).

If the wrong shipping address or postcode has been provided, we will attempt to contact you via email, telephone or Instagram given. If we are unable to contact you, don't worry, we will hold on to your order until you contact us.

We always endeavour to deliver on or before the turnaround times. However, we cannot guarantee timescales or be held responsible for any postal delays that may occur. 

For any orders outside of the UK, there may be custom fees that need to be paid. TheirSujood are not responsible for paying these fees.
